With the OOBE and Generalise options,
- Will preserve user accounts
- Drivers will automatically re-install
- Remembers network keys
- Forgets network locations (Home/Work/Public)
- Updates remain installed
- Windows update need to complete an initial scan
- Microsoft update is turned off
- Action Centre items in default state
- Antivirus starts and works correctly
